KLK5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLK5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,410 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLK5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KLK6, TRIM29, and TRIM29_S21. Each is linked with KLK5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLK5-to-partner and partner-to-KLK5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KLK5 versus KLK6 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLK5→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLK5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
