KLK5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLK5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLK5-associated genes across cancer lineages are Fibronectin, JNK2, and MEK1. Each is linked with KLK5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLK5-to-partner and partner-to-KLK5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Fibronectin grouped by KLK5-low versus KLK5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLK5→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLK5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
