KLK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLK2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, 14-3-3_beta, and ERK2. Each is linked with KLK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLK2-to-partner and partner-to-KLK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by KLK2-low versus KLK2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
