Across TCGA cell cohorts, KLK2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,182 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KLK2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are SRP-dependent cotranslational protein targeting to membrane, signal sequence recognition, Mitochondrion organization, and Regulation of dendrite development. Each is linked with KLK2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLK2-to-partner and partner-to-KLK2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SRP-dependent cotranslational protein targeting to membrane, signal sequence recognition grouped by KLK2-low versus KLK2-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.
