KLK13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLK13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,118 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLK13-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of transforming growth factor beta production, Regulation of epidermis development, and Establishment of endothelial intestinal barrier. Each is linked with KLK13 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLK13-to-partner and partner-to-KLK13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of transforming growth factor beta production grouped by KLK13-low versus KLK13-high in CHOL.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLK13→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLK13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
