KLK13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLK13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,374 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLK13-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDY2B, PGAM1, and ZNF746. Each is linked with KLK13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLK13-to-partner and partner-to-KLK13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDY2B grouped by KLK13-low versus KLK13-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLK13→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLK13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
