Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLK10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,470 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KLK10-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-751P, RN7SL447P, and BRPF1. Each is linked with KLK10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLK10-to-partner and partner-to-KLK10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-751P grouped by KLK10-low versus KLK10-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLK10→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLK10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
