The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher KLHL8 mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KLHL8 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and LUAD show a favorable association.
UCEC and LUAD are the cancer types where KLHL8 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
