KLHL8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLHL8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,412 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLHL8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZKSCAN1, ZNF24, and ACTR3. Each is linked with KLHL8 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHL8-to-partner and partner-to-KLHL8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KLHL8 versus ZKSCAN1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLHL8→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLHL8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
