KLHL8

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLHL8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,989 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLHL8-associated genes across cancer lineages are RCN3, TMEM108, and FLI1. Each is linked with KLHL8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHL8-to-partner and partner-to-KLHL8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KLHL8 versus RCN3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLHL8→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLHL8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
