KLHL6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLHL6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,716 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLHL6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RCSD1, SASH3, and SEPTIN1. Each is linked with KLHL6 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHL6-to-partner and partner-to-KLHL6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KLHL6 versus RCSD1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLHL6→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLHL6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
