KLHL6

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLHL6 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,371 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLHL6-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRRK1, GPR25, and DNM1P47. Each is linked with KLHL6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHL6-to-partner and partner-to-KLHL6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KLHL6 versus LRRK1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.85.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLHL6→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLHL6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
