KLHL6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLHL6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,722 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLHL6-associated genes across cancer lineages are H2AZ1, PBK, and DEPDC1. Each is linked with KLHL6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHL6-to-partner and partner-to-KLHL6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H2AZ1 grouped by KLHL6-low versus KLHL6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLHL6→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLHL6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
