KLHL6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KLHL6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLHL6-associated genes across cancer lineages are DBX2, KRT28, and MYH7. Each is linked with KLHL6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHL6-to-partner and partner-to-KLHL6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DBX2 grouped by KLHL6-low versus KLHL6-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLHL6→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLHL6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
