Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLHL42 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 649 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KLHL42-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6766, MIR4752, and RNU6-271P. Each is linked with KLHL42 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHL42-to-partner and partner-to-KLHL42 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6766 grouped by KLHL42-low versus KLHL42-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLHL42→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLHL42) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
