Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLHL4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,274 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KLHL4-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAHD2A, CACYBP, and FAM204A. Each is linked with KLHL4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHL4-to-partner and partner-to-KLHL4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAHD2A grouped by KLHL4-low versus KLHL4-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLHL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLHL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
