Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KLHL36 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated KLHL36 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher KLHL36 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KLHL36 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and LSCC show a favorable association.

HNSC, CCRCC, and OV are the cancer types where KLHL36 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
