KLHL36

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLHL36 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,655 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLHL36-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DHX38, CHMP1A, and CFDP1. Each is linked with KLHL36 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHL36-to-partner and partner-to-KLHL36 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KLHL36 versus DHX38 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLHL36→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLHL36) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
