The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher KLHL34 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KLHL34 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD are the cancer types where KLHL34 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
