Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KLHL33 RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated KLHL33 data layer compared with 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in thyroid carcinoma (THCA), where higher KLHL33 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KLHL33 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and PAAD show a favorable association.

THCA, KIRC, and LGG are the cancer types where KLHL33 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
