The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher KLHL32 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KLHL32 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD and UCEC show a favorable association.
BRCA, BLCA, and STAD are the cancer types where KLHL32 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
