Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLHL32 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,412 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KLHL32-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTBP2, PRUNE1, and DDAH1. Each is linked with KLHL32 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHL32-to-partner and partner-to-KLHL32 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLHL32→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLHL32) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
