KLHL3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLHL3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,321 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLHL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU7-12P, RNA5SP86, and USP17L14P. Each is linked with KLHL3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHL3-to-partner and partner-to-KLHL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU7-12P grouped by KLHL3-low versus KLHL3-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLHL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLHL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
