The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher KLHL28 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KLHL28 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SCLC, ESCA, and SARC are the cancer types where KLHL28 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
