Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLHL28 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,055 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KLHL28-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDC42BPB, PPP4R3A, and STRN3. Each is linked with KLHL28 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHL28-to-partner and partner-to-KLHL28 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KLHL28 versus CDC42BPB in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLHL28→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLHL28) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
