Across TCGA cell cohorts, KLHL28 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,232 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KLHL28-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of proteasomal ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process, Epigenetic regulation of gene expression, and Protein modification by small protein removal. Each is linked with KLHL28 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHL28-to-partner and partner-to-KLHL28 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of proteasomal ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process grouped by KLHL28-low versus KLHL28-high in KIDNEY.
