Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KLHL25 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated KLHL25 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), where higher KLHL25 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KLHL25 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
PRAD, HNSC, and SKCM are the cancer types where KLHL25 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
