KLHL21

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KLHL21 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,305 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLHL21-associated genes across cancer lineages are MFN2, LUZP1, and EMC1. Each is linked with KLHL21 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHL21-to-partner and partner-to-KLHL21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KLHL21 versus MFN2 in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLHL21→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLHL21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
