KLHL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLHL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,469 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLHL2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MRPS25, ARFIP1, and NUP214. Each is linked with KLHL2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHL2-to-partner and partner-to-KLHL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KLHL2 versus MRPS25 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLHL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLHL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
