KLHL2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLHL2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,694 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLHL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are UTP4, PI4KB, and RBM34. Each is linked with KLHL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHL2-to-partner and partner-to-KLHL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KLHL2 versus UTP4 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.61.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLHL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLHL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
