KLHL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLHL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,845 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLHL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TPRN, HOTAIR, and LMF2. Each is linked with KLHL2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHL2-to-partner and partner-to-KLHL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TPRN grouped by KLHL2-low versus KLHL2-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLHL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLHL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
