KLHL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLHL2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 63 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLHL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSH2, Notch1, and Akt_pT308. Each is linked with KLHL2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHL2-to-partner and partner-to-KLHL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MSH2 grouped by KLHL2-low versus KLHL2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLHL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLHL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
