Across TCGA cell cohorts, KLHL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,191 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KLHL2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of SREBP signaling pathway, Positive regulation of post-translational protein modification, and Positive regulation of SREBP signaling pathway. Each is linked with KLHL2 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHL2-to-partner and partner-to-KLHL2 results are reported.
