Cross-omicsMUTATION → DRUGCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, KLHL2 mutation is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KLHL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Niraparib, GSK3337463A, and 123138. Each is linked with KLHL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHL2-to-partner and partner-to-KLHL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Niraparib grouped by KLHL2-low versus KLHL2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLHL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLHL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
