KLHL15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLHL15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,099 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLHL15-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIRLET7F1, MIR326, and MIR591. Each is linked with KLHL15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHL15-to-partner and partner-to-KLHL15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIRLET7F1 grouped by KLHL15-low versus KLHL15-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLHL15→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLHL15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
