Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KLHL13 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated KLHL13 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 8 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), where higher KLHL13 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KLHL13 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
GBM are the cancer types where KLHL13 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
