KLHL13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLHL13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,747 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLHL13-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHAF1A, LONP1, and SNHG21. Each is linked with KLHL13 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHL13-to-partner and partner-to-KLHL13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CHAF1A grouped by KLHL13-low versus KLHL13-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLHL13→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLHL13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
