Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KLHDC7B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated KLHDC7B data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher KLHDC7B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KLHDC7B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC, BLCA, and LUSC are the cancer types where KLHDC7B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
