Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLHDC7A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,554 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KLHDC7A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ESRP2, TFF3, and CAMK2N1. Each is linked with KLHDC7A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHDC7A-to-partner and partner-to-KLHDC7A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KLHDC7A versus ESRP2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLHDC7A→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLHDC7A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
