Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLHDC7A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,788 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KLHDC7A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNY1P1, IL17RA, and ALKBH2. Each is linked with KLHDC7A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHDC7A-to-partner and partner-to-KLHDC7A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNY1P1 grouped by KLHDC7A-low versus KLHDC7A-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLHDC7A→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLHDC7A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
