Across TCGA cell cohorts, KLHDC7A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 89 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KLHDC7A-associated genes across cancer lineages are HAO2, OR51B6, and OR1G1. Each is linked with KLHDC7A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHDC7A-to-partner and partner-to-KLHDC7A results are reported.
