The most reproducible KLHDC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIK3C2G, TACR3, and PRND. Each is linked with KLHDC3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHDC3-to-partner and partner-to-KLHDC3 results are reported.
