KLHDC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLHDC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,430 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLHDC2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MNDA, NRBF2, and VEZF1. Each is linked with KLHDC2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHDC2-to-partner and partner-to-KLHDC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KLHDC2 versus MNDA in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLHDC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLHDC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
