Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLHDC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,493 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KLHDC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTPN22, RNA5SP39, and CYTH4. Each is linked with KLHDC2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHDC2-to-partner and partner-to-KLHDC2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KLHDC2 versus PTPN22 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.46.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLHDC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLHDC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
