KLHDC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLHDC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 482 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLHDC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are UTP15, NUP188, and POLR2E. Each is linked with KLHDC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHDC2-to-partner and partner-to-KLHDC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UTP15 grouped by KLHDC2-low versus KLHDC2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLHDC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLHDC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
