Across TCGA cell cohorts, KLHDC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,852 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLHDC2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Golgi vesicle transport, Vesicle coating, and Protein catabolic process at synapse. Each is linked with KLHDC2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHDC2-to-partner and partner-to-KLHDC2 results are reported.
