Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KLHDC10 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated KLHDC10 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher KLHDC10 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KLHDC10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
LUSC, UCEC, and SKCM are the cancer types where KLHDC10 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
