KLHDC10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLHDC10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,398 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLHDC10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDK5, RHEB, and MLKL. Each is linked with KLHDC10 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHDC10-to-partner and partner-to-KLHDC10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KLHDC10 versus CDK5 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLHDC10→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLHDC10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
