KLHDC10

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLHDC10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,514 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLHDC10-associated genes across cancer lineages are TBX3, FSIP2-AS2, and HPN-AS1. Each is linked with KLHDC10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHDC10-to-partner and partner-to-KLHDC10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KLHDC10 versus TBX3 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLHDC10→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLHDC10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
