Across TCGA cell cohorts, KLHDC10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,153 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLHDC10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytosolic transport, Peptidyl-serine phosphorylation, and Peptidyl-serine modification. Each is linked with KLHDC10 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHDC10-to-partner and partner-to-KLHDC10 results are reported.
